Prosjektbeskrivelse

Riksrevisjonen - The Office of the Auditor General of Norway - lives by the credo of “Team Spirit, Openness, and Respect”, and they wanted these values to be present in the design of their new offices in Storgata 16 in Oslo. The space also had to be adaptable to the future demands and size of the organization, taking the next 10-20 years into consideration.

In collaboration with OKAW Architects we developed the layout of the workspace
distribution of roughly 50 % open office landscape and 50 % individual offices. The informal
meeting places on the different floors work as connecting nodes, and allow the
different departments to get together for events, informal gatherings, and department
meetings, as well as allowing for casual meetings between the users. IARK developed a
material and colour palette that also provides recognition. In order to simplify orientation,
colour coding follows work functions.
