Prosjektbeskrivelse

Orkla's brands is a promise given and a promise kept. Their various brands improve everyday life with healthy and enjoyable services and products. Orkla wanted a workspace that reflected their work culture, their employees and their beloved brands. A place where innovations can shine.

Needs and dreams:
Orkla is proud of its great company culture and craved a physical location that frames their core values bold, inspiring and trustworthy. A company like Orkla has many different programs, procedures, and assignments, which makes it essential to create spaces that encourage collaboration as well as areas where people can focus and work efficiently.

Orkla cares about the environment and wants the highest possible sustainable solution. This make some very clear directions for how we should structure the offices. Orkla's unique work culture is built around their well-respected brands and they need a place where these are represented. A place for helpers in everyday life.

Insight and solution:
Orkla's vision "Your friend in everyday life" permeates every corner of their work office. Flexible design with lots of group spaces encourages a "collaborate" culture. The strong and recognizable connection with Orkla's work culture through colors, brands, and lighting leads to better-motivated employees.

At Orkla's workplace, the brands are the star-player all year round. The large guest area has a hairdresser, coffee shop, bakery, restaurant, and an innovation center. This way Orkla meets their customers, their guests and friends in fun and friendly surroundings. The pop-up store presents different brands each week and is placed in the reception. This creates an atmosphere of inclusivity where innovations can shine. Orkla's sustainable focus is represented through types of furniture and materials. We reused some of the old furniture by repairing them and giving them new life.

We have created a place where the employees can feel at home while never forgetting their purpose to deliver trustworthy and inspiring brands to us - the consumers.

Summarized:
Make room for innovation
