What’s important for you as an interior designer?
For me the most important thing is that the final result is consistent with the brief and that all components play a part in a coherent whole. Some say that interior design is just a matter of taste, but I believe that thorough analysis of a company, its location and its history will always bring about a logical and unique solution.
What do you enjoy most about your profession?
I love all the different tasks a working week can offer – everything from working with sketches and material samples, to 3D-visualizing and fine tailor-made details. The variation of jobs is invigorating and stimulating, and each project brings new challenges. Probably the best thing, however, is the feeling when all seems to fall into place and I know I have arrived at a result I can be proud of.
